You do not pick the plan: your VAT status does.
A VAT-registered company is on the plan with VAT, every other company on the plan without. When you switch VAT on in the company settings, the plan follows, and the difference is invoiced pro rata for the current period.
No feature is held back for the dearer plan. The one difference between the two is VAT.

No, and that is deliberate: the plan follows the company's VAT status. A company that is not registered has no VAT codes and no return to produce, and pays the plan without VAT. As soon as it is registered it needs both, and moves to the plan with VAT.
Yes: you can pay a year in advance (12 times the monthly price) by invoice and bank transfer. Write to us at support@yesbusiness.ch. Otherwise both plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
Nothing. The price is per company, not per user. Invite your business partner, your bookkeeper or your fiduciary with the role that suits them.
Each company has its own plan and its own 14-day trial. They are grouped on one subscription, one line per company, on the paying person's card. An archived company no longer counts, and its data is kept for the legal retention period.
No. EBICS, Stripe, Wise, the BCVs connection and file import are in both plans. EBICS is opened by your bank; most Swiss banks do not charge for it, a few do — ask yours. The Wise API token is free.
It is in both plans, with a monthly usage allowance. When you use it up, it tells you when it renews, and you can add an AI plan of CHF 5, 10, 20 or 50 a month. It never posts an entry itself — every change to your books stays a click of yours.
