# EZYcount Data Archiving

Before migrating to YESbusiness, we recommend backing up your important data from EZYcount in PDF or Excel format.

## Documents to Back Up

1. ### 2025 Closing Balance Sheet and Previous Years

   You can also export multiple years at once if you have few transactions.

   The report accepts a certain number of transactions. If you have few transactions, you can probably export all years at once.

Important to Know

You can start using YESbusiness right now, without waiting to close your fiscal year on EZYcount. However, we recommend performing this archiving once your annual closing is complete and your tax returns have been filed.
